Bill has earned many top sales accolades in his career. Notably he has just sold the highest price per square foot non-Penthouse unit ever at Continuum in March of this year. Also, he was recognized by Jim Cohen, the director of St. Regis Bal Harbour as one of the top selling agents of Pre-Construction units at the St. Regis development. Bill is one of the few brokers in Miami that can claim they have sold properties at Apogee, Continuum South, The Edition, St. Regis, Turnberry Ocean Colony and many more.
Bill has blazed a trail in their marketing endeavors as well. Embracing the importance and availability of multiple internet marketing venues from the verystart, Bill makes sure the properties that he represents are seen on multiple websites including condo specific sites. With a six-figure Marketing budget,they spend more money on direct mail than any other broker in Miami, including sending 5,000 target pieces to New York City and the Hamptons; this far-reaching strategy gives clients the most exposure possible for their property.
Bill and Bryan are committed to their clients. They have a team policy of never say no to a showing, showing properties seven days a week, including major holidays, their exclusive listings are covered 365 days a year.
Bill spent his youth in Europe growing up in Frankfurt, Germany until his high school years. He graduated with honors with an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and in 2003 made his home in Miami. Earning many honors and recognition’s along the way, Bill was the youngest member in the Master Brokers Forum at the time he was inducted. He is a founding member of the Condo Experts Group and is deeply involved in Miami Beach area schools. He is currently serving as Treasurer for the North Beach Elementary School’s kindergarten class. He owns a home in Miami Beach and works in the heart of South Beach where he and his wife are raising their two sons.
