Trump Palace in Sunny Isles was completed in 2006 under the radar. Most people think of Aqualina and Turnberry Ocean Colony as the only two high end luxury condos in the over saturated coast line on Sunny Isles Beach. However, you will be pleasantly surprised to visit Dezer’s development of Trump Palace. I personally rank this the 3rd best luxury condo in Sunny Isles, only behind Aqualina and Turnberry Ocean Colony.

Are there still buyers today? I get asked this question over and over every day. People do not believe me when I tell them that I am actively working with buyers every week. The remarkable truth is that high end luxury condos are selling every week. I have always said that the ‘luxury condo market’ will continue to thrive, even in a declining condo market. Second or third home buyers are not affected by the economy. These folks have plenty of money to spend and are purchasing south Florida real estate to enjoy the lifestyle that we offer. It is amazing because most of these buyers purchase all cash. My buyers are typically from the North East or from cold places like Canada. They look forward to vacationing in the perfect year long weather, and many of them already have family members and friends living here. In matter of fact, I just sold a condo over $2 million to a buyer that purchased in the very luxurious Turnberry Ocean Colony condo in Sunny Isles. This buyer even mentioned to me that although we are in the midst of a condo bust in South Florida and he reads constant negative press about the condo market, that it played no role in his decision to purchase a very nice 3 bed condo at Turnberry.
