From time to time, a real estate agent such as myself, is bound to come across a owner that is in a big hurry to sell their property. Whenever this scenario presents itself, the discount is bound to be deep.
Today, I have a dynamite deal at Ten Museum Park - direct bay facing - 02 line (1940 sq ft). This is considered a “pocket deal”, and will not be listed on the MLS. When you consider the original preconstruction price range of these units were in the $800’s to $1M range, and recent resales are in the high $700’s and $900’s, a price of $675,000 is a significant savings.
