Trump Palace in Sunny Isles was completed in 2006 under the radar. Most people think of Aqualina and Turnberry Ocean Colony as the only two high end luxury condos in the over saturated coast line on Sunny Isles Beach. However, you will be pleasantly surprised to visit Dezer’s development of Trump Palace. I personally rank this the 3rd best luxury condo in Sunny Isles, only behind Aqualina and Turnberry Ocean Colony. This condo has a full service concierge, door man (in uniform) and boasts a very beautiful lobby with marble and backsplahed granite everywhere. Trump Palace is also a very boutique building with only 278 units. Once you hit the 22nd floor all of the units are ‘flow through units’ that offer very spacious 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. The 1 bedroom’s in Trump Palace are actually bigger than most 2 bedroom’s in downtown Miami. Construction of condos on the ocean in South Florida usually always have greater square footage compared to any of the new Brickell or downtown Miami condos. One thing very special about Trump Palace is that the building faces South on the ocean. Therefore, on high floor units such as the 04,06, or 08 line you have an unbelievable direct ocean view looking South toward Miami Beach.Prices have dropped at Trump Palace and I believe more people will discover this terrific condo.
